Welcome to NexoSA. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reliable local courier service providers for all deliveries within South Africa.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your package has been dispatched, you can expect the following delivery times:
Main Centres (Pretoria, Johannesburg, etc.): 6-14 business days.

Regional/Rural Areas: 7-15 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control (such as courier delays).

 

3. Shipping Rates

Standard Delivery: A flat rate of R100 is charged for delivery across South Africa.

Free Shipping: All orders over R1000 qualify for free delivery.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website so you can follow your package's progress.

 

5. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct. NexoSA is not responsible for packages delivered to the incorrect address due to faulty information provided by the customer.
